A1 Locksmith in Wilmington North Carolina had me do a storefront washing, so they could paint it in the near future. The building had about 15 years of mold build up on the outside concrete blocks, one wall was scored by the last person who tried to power wash the outside and did not use chemical surfactant and a soft wash system to maintain the building walls. We were also able to remove the graffiti on the wall with our commercial equipment and chemicals. We were able to wrap the cameras and open outlets to make sure we had no chemical go into the electrical equipment. This project took about 8 hours. We also power washed do the metal siding on the building that had mold on it as well. A few extras we did that we thought we important at no charge, we sprayed washed and cleaned the pylon sign and we removed all the plants and pressure washed out the overgrown planter box they had out front. We also surface washed the concrete pad with our industrial concrete surface cleaner at the back delivery door, as well as the concrete strip in the front of the building. Part of the project we did wash by spot spraying with chemical and using a telescopic soft brush to remove the mold on the high parts of the building. We helped with informing the owner what type of paint would be best for mold and that in the future we can soft wash the building annually with much less effort.
